Harvest & Engage.

Enjoy fresh produce, workshops, team activities, and community impact.

For teams

A day on the land that your team remembers.

Harvest & Engage brings a team to the farm to grow, pick and give back together. It is built around something simple: people who work side by side outdoors, with food at the end of it, tend to leave connected and in a better mood than they arrived.

What it includes

Four things, in whatever mix suits your team.

Fresh produce

Pick vegetables with your own hands and take some home. Food tastes different when your team grew it.

Workshops

Learn something practical together: planting, pruning, saving seeds, or how a crop goes from seed to harvest.

Team activities

Work side by side on a shared job. A harvest gives a team a clear task, a rhythm and something to be proud of at the end.

Community impact

Give part of the harvest away, for example to a local food bank, so the day leaves something behind for other people.

How a session can run

Simple, hands-on, and finished with something to share.

  1. Arrive and settle

A short welcome, what is growing, and how to handle the plants.

  2. Learn

A hands-on lesson led by a grower, with time for questions.

  3. Do

Plant, tend or harvest together, in small groups or as one team.

  4. Share

Take some produce home, and set some aside to give away.

An example, not a fixed program. We shape the length, the size of the group and the activities with you. Nothing can be booked online yet, so write to us and a person will reply.

What your team leaves behind

Count what you grew and what you gave.

After the day, you can look at who came, how many plants went in the ground or came out of it, and how much produce was donated. Ask people how they felt before and after. Those few numbers are enough to tell whether it was worth doing again.

Start a conversation

Tell us about your team.

Tell us how many people, when, and what you hope the day will do for them. A person will write back.
